Job Description Description Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics are part of the PeaceHealth Oregon West Network.
Financially strong, this Critical Access Hospital and Clinic has immediate openings for a PER DIEM experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Walk-in Clinic team in the heart of Cottage Grove, OR.
The best fit will be a compassionate, self-motivated, team-oriented and eager to learn NP with experience in primary care, basic procedures, sutures, biopsies, splinting and joint injections.

As a team player in a state-of-the-art facility you will have multiple resources available Including system-wide Epic EMR On site lab And an all-digital imaging department Infusion services Rapid response team from the ED available 24/7 for your hospitalized patients About the position Walk-in Clinic hours currently:

00 pm Advanced Practice Clinician schedule is 4-10 hour days a week Approximately 25
patients per day Mostly patients with acute issues are seen Efficient, patient centered, compassionate and Epic experience a plus Must have experience with procedures (i.
e.
laceration repairs, skin biopsies, abscess draining, etc) Scope of practice is a combination of primary care and urgent care (i.
e.
adjusting blood pressure medications, insulin management, emergency room follow-ups) Previous nursing experience preferred Guaranteed Hourly Rate:
